It will be the ideal and original refuge for your holidays on the Bassin of Arcachon. Built in 2017, the Teychan seaside cottage is located between the port of Larros and Gujan, in the heart of oyster farming, with an exceptional view. Its rooms are spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is the living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa opening onto the terrace with garden furniture, as well as a toilet with laundry area (washer-dryer). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a 160×200 bed and the other with two 80×200 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Reversible air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included. Private parking. The cottage faces the railway line. This 4-star cottage has the Naturelle Bassin label.
