Located in the heart of the Bassin of Arcachon, in the town of Teich, not far from the bird sanctuary, about fifteen kilometers from Arcachon, the Dune du Pyla and its ocean beaches, the Caplande cottage welcomes you for your stay of a few days or more. Our cottage, housed in a 36m² small house, is located next to our home (not overlooked) in a quiet residential area. You will have a private outdoor terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, plancha, ideal for enjoying the mild weather. You can park your vehicle as well as your bicycles in the private and secure parking of the property (enclosed parking with secure gate and video surveillance system). You will appreciate the comfort of our cottage in which everything has been thought of to ensure you have the best possible stay.
