An interpretation trail, with many educational panels, allows us to visit this natural site. Migratory birds often stop there. Remember to bring your pair of binoculars and take a break in the observatories. You can settle down for a picnic, read a good book or simply contemplate the landscape.

Don't think that the Prés Salés Ouest can only be visited during the day, the colors are incredible at sunset!

Along the way, on either side of the Prés Salés, the maritime world is never far away! On one side, the pretty fishing huts of l'Aiguillon, on the other the oyster huts of the port of La Teste de Buch. Why not stop and taste some Arcachon-Cap Ferret oysters?
