With family, tribe or friends, go hiking geocaching (treasure hunt) with Terra Adventure, a more than captivating universe! Go in search of Zar't, Zarthus, Zouti, Zisséo, Zouch' and Zécolo, these mysterious characters who know Ares, Biganos , Andernos, Gujan-Mestras , Mios and La Teste de Buch better than their pocket.
Boxes, called "caches", are hidden in nature. The goal ? Discover their locations and the treasures they contain!
In the caches live the Poï'z, small characters with strong characters, present in the form of collectible badges. To flush them out, it's simple: choose a course, let the application guide you, and answer the riddles: voila!
On the Bassin of Arcachon, discover 6 original walks from 2 to 4 km with the Poï'z: Zar't, Zarthus, Zécolo, Zisséo, Zouch' and Zouti.

1- The “Terra Aventura” mobile application, you will download
Before leaving, get the free 100% application Terra Adventure on your phone.
2- The battery of your phone loaded, you'll think about it
Of course, don't leave without battery on your phone. You will need your mobile to play and take the walks! It is possible to play offline with the application, just download the data of the chosen course on your phone.
3- Gujan-Mestras, Biganos, Andernos, La Teste de Buch, Arès and Mios, you will choose
You have the choice between 6 very different courses : a sparkling mix between nature and maritime discoveries, local stories, know-how and landscapes typical of the Bassin of Arcachon.
With Zisséo, go in search of the lost treasure on the Port of Larros in Gujan-Mestras ; with Zécolo in the salt meadows of La Teste de Buch, with Zarthus on Ares, Zart' on the port of Biganos, Zouti in the town ofAndernos and Zouch' along the Eyre, in the forest at Mios.
4- On foot or by bike, you will go
To start each storytelling walk, you have to go to the first meeting point:
- Arès Tourist Office car park
- Port de Larros car park, in Gujan-Mestras
- Biganos Port car park
- Parking on the beach walkway in Mios
- Parking on the Broustic esplanade in Andernos
- La Teste de Buch Western salt meadows car park
To get there, choose to cycle or walk!
5- For an adventurer, you will take yourself
Let yourself embark on a beautiful colorful story ! That of "a poï'z at the sea" for Gujan-Mestras, "l'Ovnicache" in Arès, "Save the salt meadows" at La Teste de Buch, "Colors for my cayenne" in Biganos, "Villas and cabins celebrating » in Andernos and « From Amazonia to Eyre » in Mios.
On site, open the mobile application and let yourself be told the story by answering the riddles.
6- The coordinates of the cache, you will discover
If the answers to the puzzles are correct, the GPS coordinates of the treasure will be displayed on the app.
7- One Poï'z per person, you will take
Congratulations, you have just completed the course! In each cache of Terra Aventura there is a Poï'z to collect, in the form of a badge.
On the Bassin in Arcachon, here are the 6 Poï'z to collect : Zécolo, Zouch', Zouti, Zisséo, Zar't and Zarthus!
8- The mystery word, you will find
In each cache, a mystery word is in the notebook. Enter it on the mobile application, it allows you to count the cache among your discoveries and to enhance your player profile.
Of the “bonus quests” are unlocked as you progress in the game. Multiply the discoveries and routes to solve the "bonus quests".
9- An object in exchange and the story of your adventure, you will leave
In each cache, you can leave an object in exchange and a note in the notebook!
10- Fan of Terra Aventura, you will become!
