Fingers on the keyboard and inspired spirit, Carla, Manuel and Jérémy appreciate this professional parenthesis in the heart of nature, to work, recharge and glimpse the silence conducive to creation.
AN OFFICE WITH A VIEW 👀
Perched above a lock, without disturbing the raw charm and calm waters of the port of Gujan, the 12 de Larros are integrated into an exceptional environment while adapting to the needs of all its passengers, including those who work away from their usual offices. This curious series of gites, opened less than two years ago, are now among these rare places of passage, where one learns to savor the moment.
This almost anonymous address is part of a authentic, true approach, where we advocate sharing and living together. In addition to these spacious terraces where it is good to meet to exchange around a coffee and not to upset the naturalness of the place, the design of the chambers has been thought out maximizing recovery ; comfortable seats made of recycled plastic threads, bedside table supports designed with metal debris from the construction site, tables made with offcuts from parquet strips... Here, we hold the soul of the objects in homage, we superb past lives, we let the heritage tell its story… Intimate, warm, imbued with a piece of eternity, the omnipresent nature comes to sublimate the dwellings even in their finishes where it is not uncommon to be surprised by the flashes of a jumping fish, to be seized by a ballet of starlings or the hypnotic dance of the reflections of the water.
In addition to the obvious tranquility they inspire, these unique dwellings invite discovering a place, a work, a universe and a talent in its entirety. Each gîte, like an imprint, has his own identity and lets glimpse behind his door, a place of expression where nothing suppresses emotion. According to their techniques, twelve artists, Rouge, Beatoa, Stéphane Carricondo, Nasti and so many others, came appropriate the walls by putting their signature on masterful frescoes. Contemplative but not only, it is for all these reasons, related to art and feelings that the illustrator chose this place to let her new publishing projects hatch in one go.
WITH FILLED STOMACHS, GREAT IDEAS 😋
Among the multitude of restaurants visible from their rooms, the four partners, until then unable to choose, find the answer to their hesitations with a phone call. Sparkling and sunny, the talented Natasha of C Si Bon, comes from a stroke of cooking to take care of their taste buds by offering them home a colorful and seasonal cuisine. Instinctive and spontaneous in her culinary inspirations, she works her dishes from freshly picked products from local productions; the Saint Henry farm, La Serre Ô Délices... Spring pancakes, poached pears with hibiscus, hyphen between its Martinican origins and his native Normandy, his dishes copiously served from appetizer to dessert, draw on the faces frank smiles and leave in the mouth a slight taste of coming back!
