In the heart of Gujan-Mestras and in a quiet setting, in a cabin style typical of the Bassin of Arcachon, we will welcome you to our charming and cozy cottage where you will truly feel like you are in a different world and on vacation.
You will be close to shops, amenities, 200m from the coast, ports, and the train station which is 750m away.
The house is ideally located for bike rides or walks.
A private car park offers the possibility of recharging an electric vehicle using two terminals (package).
The house consists of an entrance hall, a dining room opening onto a terrace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a 140cm bed, each with its own bathroom and private toilet.
Upstairs: a living room, a sauna, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed (for a young child), a bathroom with private toilet.
A terrace and a barbecue.
