The Villa is located on the Bassin of Arcachon in Andernos les Bains next to the Place de la Source.
Very pleasant and quiet place, on the edge of the Bétey stream. Rue du Dr Schweitzer is reserved for local residents, few cars because at the end the cycle path cuts it (you can go on foot or by bike to the covered market, the post office and the city center) direction Facture-Biganos and Arès Cap Ferret, it also gives towards Avenue du Bétey and the Port de Plaisance du Bétey.
The house has a large shaded garden behind as well as a garage with a sofa bed for two more beds, good exposure and also a garden in front with terrace and garden furniture. A hedge surrounds it. Interior decoration on the theme of the Bassin of Arcachon.
