Alice was born in Valparaiso, Chile, on September 11, 1973. Her parents fled the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. Chilean by birth, she became European by force of circumstance. With a father who changed his
Working like a dog, she continues, at 13, a difficult age to build oneself up, on a path of wandering and uprooting in this exiled family. They are nomads and travel from town to town in an old
Mercedes station wagon. We follow Alice who, through often fleeting encounters, will transform and grow.
We want to examine the living conditions of those who flee a dangerous reality in the hope of a better life.
