To save time and travel pleasantly on the Arcachon Bassin, choose the "boat+bike" option for UBA maritime shuttles.
It is possible to book your crossing on the UBA website or simply buy your tickets the same day, on the departure pier (ticket valid only on the day of purchase).
Unthinkable to circumvent the Bassin of Arcachon by car. Embark from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon, in less than 30 minutes, you are at Cap Ferret.

Valid for 1 hour, the Baia ticket at €1 allows you to take the train between Teich station and Arcachon station, passing through Gujan-Mestras, La Hume and La Teste de Buch stations (Ter Aquitaine, line 41.2 U); Baïa buses, Baïa electric shuttles and the sea bus. Baïa tickets are on sale from bus drivers, at Boutik Baïa (17 rue François Legallais at La Teste de Buch) or in Baïa relays. Think about it!
Getting around by bus in the North Bassin
From €2 per trip, from Biganos to Lège-Cap Ferret, via Audenge, Lanton, Andernos-les-Bains and Arès, you can travel by bus (lines 601 and 610 all year round; line 611 in July-August) with the New Aquitaine network.
