An unprecedented View of the Arcachon Bay
Visiting here is also an opportunity to discover its nature and preserved natural spaces in the Heart of Arcachon Bassin.
Head to the edge of the salt meadows, former salt marshes, or fish farming ponds for a bucolic walk in search of migratory birds!
There are two walking circuits to choose from. The Domain of Certes and Graveyron can be explored with or without a guide!

Take a walk along the trails of the Domain of Certes and Graveyron
There are 2 possible itineraries.
You have the option to follow either the Certes circuit , which is 14km long, starting from the swimming basin in Lanton, or the Graveyron circuit , which is 5km long, starting from the port of Audenge.
Regardless of the circuit chosen, you will undoubtedly witness the magnificent spectacle of gray herons taking flight slowly. But it doesn't stop there; swans, egrets, cormorants, black kites, and even storks are present in the area.
By walking a little, you will come across the wild beach of Graveyron, the only beach in Audenge. It's the perfect place for a swimming break during high tide or exploring the natural environment at low tide. Take advantage of the opportunity to have a picnic.
Go with the Flow
For a relaxing time on the water, embark on a canoe-kayak to discover the Domain of Certes and Graveyron from a different perspective. Departing from the port of Cassy, along your journey, you may encounter some hikers who have set out for a walk.
Take advantage of a pontoon to dock and observe the birds flying above your heads!
