Bathed in the light of Arcachon's Bassin with its large bay window opening onto the seafront, this prestigious 70 m² lounge is the ideal space to host your management committees, your press conferences, your meetings, your the administration's advice…
With a capacity of 19 people, this room has a cloakroom, its toilets, a still and sparkling water fountain and a coffee/tea machine available at all times.
Suggested program
Day 1
- Arrival of participants in the morning from Paris by LGV (2h50 in daily connections).
- Installation in one of the MICE hotels.
- Lunch of local specialties in one of the partner restaurants located on the seafront, in the immediate vicinity of the Palais des Congrès.
- Business meeting in the VIP Lounge, with a view of the Arcachon Bassin, the Cabanes Tchanquées and the Ile aux Oiseaux.
- Detox coffee break with fruit and smoothie or arcachonnaise coffee break with the famous White Dunes, with a moment of relaxation on the balcony of the VIP lounge.
- At the end of the day, departure in a pinnace (traditional Arcachon boat) to watch the sunset, stroll around the Ile aux Oiseaux, with the possibility of tasting oysters on board or in an oyster hut at Le Canon, a small village on the peninsula of Lège-Cap Ferret.
- Dinner at Cap Ferret in a restaurant facing the Dune du Pilat.
- Return to Arcachon by boat and night in one of hotels MICE .
Day 2
- Buffet breakfast in one of the MICE hotels.
- Business meeting in the VIP Lounge.
- Oyster coffee break composed of Banc d'Arguin or Grand Banc oysters and a glass of Entre deux Mers white wine.
- To eat lunch at the port of Arcachon, on a rooftop overlooking the port, the oyster beds and the beaches of Arcachon.
- Afternoon dedicated to a guided tour with a guide from the Ville d'Hiver, historic district of Arcachon, on foot or by electric bike.
- Departure of the participants at the end of the day.
